The Gosh! Sweet Potato Pakora and Falafel products have been withdrawn from supermarkets’ shelves because of undeclared gluten. Tesco and Asda both sell the popular snacks which are now considered a “health risk” for anyone with coeliac disease, and\/or an allergy or intolerance to gluten as they “may contain gluten which is not declared on the label”.<\/p>\n

Shoppers can also contact the company on 01908 641274 for more information.<\/p>\n The company advised: “If you have bought Gosh! sweet Potato Pakora as detailed above, and you have coeliac disease or an allergy, intolerance or sensitivity to gluten, do not eat them.<\/p>\n “Instead, check if you have bought the affected use by dates of the Gosh! Sweet Potato Pakora.<\/p>\n “You can do this by taking a picture of this notice or writing down the Use-Bys for reference at home.<\/p>\n <\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/p>\n “Return the product(s) to the store for a full refund (with or without a receipt).”<\/p>\n The Food Standards Agency also shared its advice and said: “If you have bought any of the above products and have coeliac disease, and\/or an allergy or intolerance to gluten, do not eat them. “<\/p>\n Supermarket Sainsbury’s recently recalled three batches of a popular cheese, its Mexican Style Chilli Cheddar, due to health fears.<\/p>\n The food giant recalled the product “as a precautionary measure” because of the possible presence of Salmonella.<\/p>\n Sainsbury\u2019s Mexican Style Chilli Cheddar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
