Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Fill the cavities of the peppers with peanut butter. Line up the peppers side by side on a sheet of aluminum foil, and wrap tightly.
Bake in the preheated oven about 20 minutes.
To cook on the grill, preheat for medium heat. Cook the foil-wrapped peppers for 15 to 20 minutes.
