- 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken halves (~1 lb)
- 1 loaf frozen garlic mozzarella bread
- 1 medium red onion, sliced (~1/2 cup)
Pour dressing in shallow nonmetallic dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 10 mins. Preheat oven to 400°F
Place bread halves cut-side up on baking sheet and bake for 10 mins or until heated through.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill uncovered for 15 mins, turning and brushing often with dressing.
Place chicken and red onion on bread and cut into sandwiches.
