Young Jackfruit, Tofu and Egg in Coconut Milk

Nice as a companion for a bowl of hot rice ? hope you like it!


  1. 3 pieces young jackfruit, cut
  2. 1 yellow tofu, cut into cubes
  3. 4 boiled eggs
  4. 3 garlics, smashed and chopped finely
  5. Half an onion, slice
  6. Oil for frying
  7. as needed Coconut milk
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper
  10. Chicken powder


  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add in the garlics and stir until fragrant.

  2. Then add in the onion. Stir until fragrant.

  3. Add in the coconut milk. Let it boil. Stir occasionally.

  4. Add in the jack fruit and tofu. Keep stirring until the jackfruit is no longer raw.

  5. Then add in the eggs. Simmer until the mixture penetrate through the eggs and others. About 8-10 minutes.

  6. Serve.
