- 100 gr chopped shrimps
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- to taste salt and pepper
Steps
Cut baby bok choy. Cook in boiling water for 1 minute. Set aside.
Put the filling ingredients in a big bowl. Mix well.Place a wonton wrapper in one hand. Scoop a teaspoon of wonton filling. Place it on the corner of the wonton wrapper.
Fold the wonton wrapper to cover the filling and then roll it all the way through the other side of the wonton wrapper.Dip your point finger in a small bowl of water. Rub it on one side of the wonton wrapper. Bind both ends and press them together to lock the filling inside the wrapper. (You can see the step by step in the pictures ?)
Make one wonton at a time. Line up all the wontons on a baking sheet or a tray. Cover them with a damp cloth if you’re not going to boil them immediately.
Heat the chicken broth in a pot over medium high heat. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until boiling.
Add wontons. Cook again until boiling. Remove from the heat.Place wontons and chicken broth in serving bowls. Add baby bok choi, sesame oil, and green onions.
Serve warm! ?Note: You can use canned chicken broth or make you own by boiling chicken bones with 1,5 liter water – throw away the dirt that comes up on the water surface until the chicken broth is clear
