Wild garlic genovese

A friend of my wife gave us lots of fresh wild garlic, I made pesto from them and made Genovese later.


  1. Pasta
  2. Wild garlic pesto
  3. Bunch wild garlic
  4. Roasted pine nuts
  5. Lemon juice
  6. Salt
  7. Olive oil
  8. Parmesan cheese


  1. Put all the ingredient in wild garlic pesto into blender and mix. Ingredients amount, hard to tell, recommend tasting and adding one by one.

  2. Put pasta into boiled water, when the texture becomes as you like, remove the water.

  3. Mix the pasta and pesto well.
