It’s really good. Trust the doggo cooker.
- 500 g pasta (Any kind)
- 625 ml Cooking cream
- To taste black pepper
- 1 maggi cube
- 1 pinch Red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 5 piece garlic (Not gloves! Pieces!)
- Teaspoon parsley
Boil pasta. Add oil and salt to the pasta water.
Meanwhile crush the garlic. When pasta is done boiling save one cup of pasta water and drain the pasta.
Fry garlic and parsley together. Until light brown. Add 1 cup pasta water and pasta as well. Stir around until the pasta, garlic and parsley are well combined. Add cooking cream first then add the salt, pepper, Maggi cube, red chili flakes and oregano.
Stir well then add a teaspoon of flour stir again. Cover the pasta let it boil on high heat until the sauce thickens!
