Ingredients
- 1 cup Capcicum chopped
- 1 cup Carrot chopped
- 1 cup Cabbage
- 1 cup Boil pees
- Potato boiled cut into cubes 1 cup
- 500 g Rice boild
- 2-3 cloves Garlice
- 3 tbs Balck pepper
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbs Soya sauce
- 2 tbs White viniger
- 4 tbs Oil
Steps
Cut all vegetables in small cubes
In anoter pan boil water and salt oil and viniger in it and than add rice and boil them
On the otherside in a frying pan take 2 to 3 tbs oil and heat it than add vegetables and stir fry all for few minutes and keep rhem aside
At the end chopped garlic and add it in the remaing oil and cook it for a while than add all fried vegetables in it and than add all sauces and spices and mix well than boiled rice in vegetables n mix them properly and cover them and keep them on slow flame for 2 r 3 minutes and ur rice are ready to serve
