INGREDIENTS

  • 1 . 1/2 chicken, boneless
  • 2 . 1 cup gram flour
  • 3 . few drops orange food coloring
  • 4 . salt, as required
  • 5 . 1 tbsp. ginger, chopped
  • 6 . 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 7 . 1/2 tbsp. green chilies, chopped
  • 8 . 2-3 tbsp. fresh coriander leaves, washed and finely chopped
  • 9 . 2-3 tbsp rice bran oil
  • 10 . few drops water

    DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients listed above from 2 to 9.
  • 2. Heat few drops of oil on a non-stick griddle.
  • 3. Spread out all the chicken pieces.
  • 4. Allow to cook on slow flame, tossing the pieces of chicken very carefully.
  • 5. Flip to turn the chicken pieces on the other side and cook well on both sides.
  • 6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
