Tuna & Veggie Spaghetti


  1. Garlic
  2. Onions
  3. Cherry Tomatoes
  4. Eggplant
  5. Carrots
  6. Spinach
  7. Button Mushrooms
  8. Tuna (in water)
  9. Organic Pasta Sauce
  10. Spaghetti Noodles (Option for GF)
  11. Olive Oil (Pomace)
  12. Salt & Pepper (Option for Himalayan Salt)


  1. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil. Add eggplant and carrots. Keep stirring.

  2. Add mushrooms, tuna, spinach and tomatoes. Keep stirring then add the organic pasta sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Keep sauce in low heat for 20 mins. Start to cook noodles according to package directions.

  4. After 20 mins, remove sauce from heat. Ready to serve with the noodles!
