Tamarind, Mamey & Sour Sop

Tamarind high in minerals and nutrients and act as an astringent and a antioxidant

Sour Sop has properties that are capable of shrinking tumors repairing damaged cells (chemo). Rich in potassium, calcium and fiber. Vitamin A, B and C

Mamey is exceptionally rich in fiber, antioxidants, and beta carotene and is high in vitamins C, A, & B and minerals such as copper, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and iron

Ingredients

  1. Tamarind (fruit)
  2. Sour Sop (fruit)
  3. Mamey (fruit)
  4. 1-2 organic key limes
  5. 2 tablespoons Agave (to taste)
  6. Spring water and Blender

Steps

  1. Peel Tamarind from shell, soak overnight in spring water. Then remove seeds (keep water when done)

  2. Peel Sour Sop and remove seeds, peel Mamey and remove seeds, peel key limes

  3. Put seedless Tamarind, Sour Sop and Mamey into blender along with the spring water from the tamarind juice, Add 2 ”key” limes and agave to your taste. Blend and strain with strainer. (use spoon to mash and move pulp around to assist with straining. Pour and Enjoy!
