Sweet bruschetta on toast

It’s nothing fancy nor is it hard but I thought it be good to share how I make my bruschetta


  1. 2 whole tomatos
  2. 3 medium basil leaves
  3. 2 clove minced garlic
  4. 1/4 cup masia oil
  5. 1 small brunoise shallot
  6. 4 tbsp red wine Vin (or tt)


  1. Cut tomatoes to small dice

  2. Chiffonade basil and add to tomatoes

  3. Mince or press garlic and add to mix

  4. Brunoise shallot and add to mix with all liquids stir and place on favorite toast
