Swedish pancakes (ungspankaka)

Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs beaten
  2. 2 cups milk
  3. 2 tbsp butter, melted
  4. 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  5. 1 tbsp sugar
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. Butter (optional)
  8. Syrup (optional)

Steps

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 13×9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, sugar and salt; mix well. Pour batter into pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with butter and syrup, if desired.
