I make this wonderful dish entirely in my slow cooker.
- 6 medium beetroot
- 2 carrot chopped
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 2 waxy potatoes chopped
- 1/2 head red cabage finely sliced
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 4 tomatoes peeled and chopped
- 2 ltr beef stock
Chop garlic, onion, potatoe, cabbage, celery and carrots and put in slow cooker.
Add beetroot and beef and tomatoes
Add beef stock and cook slow cook for 4 hours
Serve with sour cream and dill
