  • 3mediumyellow squash
  • 12 cupmilk
  • 3tablespoonsheavy cream
  • 34 cupextra-sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1tablespoongarlic
  • 3tablespoonsparmesan cheese
  • 1teaspoondried rosemary
  • salt and pepper

    DIRECTIONS

  • Slice squash thinly into rounds about 1/4" thick.
  • Lay slices in a tile pattern in a medium sized baking dish.
  • On the stove top, combine milk, cream, cheddar cheese, minced garlic and rosemary.
  • Once cheese is melted and sauce is combined, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Pour evenly over sliced squash.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
  • Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
