Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Quinoa
- 1 meduim size Beet root
- 1 meduim size radish red
- 1 cup rocca/arugula/rocket
- 1/4 cup mint
- 2 tbsp postacio powder
- 2 tbsp white cheese
- Dressing:
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
Steps
Boil quinoa and beet root.
Cut all mentioned vegestables in what design you want.
Mix all together in one bowl and sprinkle the dressing.
Serve and enjoy.
