Spaghetti Olio E Aglio With Chili Garlic

  1. 200 grams spaghetti
  2. 10 garlic clove pounded or fine dice
  3. 3 tbsp olive oil
  4. Salt for seasoning
  5. 3 tbsp Of fresh coriander Or Chinese flat parsley
  6. 1 tsp Of Chili garlic or dried Chili flake


  1. Bring a lightly salted pot of water then add in spaghetti for 8 to 10 minutes then drain

  2. With oil sauté the slice garlic till it’s lightly brown then set aside, sauté the pounded garlic with a dash of salt for half a minute and not brown

  3. Add in the spaghetti and fresh coriander with a dash of salt and mix well

  4. Add in 1 tsp garlic Chili or dried Chili flake and mix well and enjoy
