Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients

  1. 12 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  2. 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  3. to taste Salt,
  4. to taste Pepper,
  5. to taste Red pepper flake,
  6. 1 cup parmesan cheese
  7. 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
  8. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  9. 1 pound fettuccine, cooked and drained
  10. Equipment
  11. Sharp knife
  12. Cutting board
  13. Measuring Utensils
  14. Large stainless steel skillet
  15. Pot

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in the skillet

  2. Sauté garlic until lightly browned

  3. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes

  4. Remove pan from heat and add pasta

  5. Add parmesan, parsley, and lemon juice and mix

  6. Serve with more parmesan and parsley on top

  7. Enjoy
