Simple awesome dinner for a busy day! I usually like to add sour cream, shredded cheese, and will dip chips or tortillas in it. Sooo good everyone wants more!
- 1 Can Kidney beans
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 3 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2-3 Boneless Chicken breast (I prefer more chicken & use 3)
- 1 Pack Taco Seasoning
- 28 oz Can of Crushed Tomatoes
Empty all of the ingredients into crock pot.
Cook on low for at least 6 hours or on high for 3.
When done cooking remove chicken, shred, and put back into the crock pot.
Add toppings as desired & enjoy!
