Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients

  1. 300 g Mix vegetables
  2. 2 cups rice
  3. 300 g shrimp
  4. 1 whole onion
  5. 3 cloves garlic
  6. 3 eggs
  7. pinch of Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. 3 tbsp Soya sauce
  10. 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  11. 2 cups Water

Steps

  1. Cook the rice and set aside

  2. Saute onion then garlic

  3. Add the shrimp cut into cubes

  4. Then add the mix vegetables

  5. When the mix vegetables is cooked add the rice

  6. Put around two table spoon of soya sauce to taste

  7. In the other pan..fry the beaten eggs and cut into cubes

  8. Then add the egg into the rice

  9. Put a pinch of salt and a little bit of pepper
