Shredded hash browns

Ingredients

  1. Potatoes, peeled
  2. Bags Freezer

Steps

  1. Shred potatoes and put into large bowl filled with cold water. Stir until water is cloudy. Drain.

  2. Boil a pot of water, and cook shredded potatoes for roughly 2 minutes then drain or pat dry again. (as dry as possible)

  3. Put shredded potatoes into freezer bags.

  4. To cook: Put frozen hash browns into an oiled pan and cook until browned.

  5. Ready to serve! Enjoy!
