Ingredients
- Slow cooker beef shank as below
- Grilled tomato
- Slice grilled cabbage
- Grilled Anaheim chili
- Grilled sweet chili
- Grilled habanero, optional
- Handful corn
- Handful peas
- 1 baby bok choy
- Several green onions
- 3 cups Jasmine rice
- High heat oil to coat rice
- 1 cup the shank water reserved for the rice
- Housing sauce

Toast your rice
1 cup shank water and 5 cups water to the rice. Bring to boil, cover, turn to low and check in 12 minutes. Fluff with a fork and let sit for 10 minutes.
Shred the shank and chop everything else.
Mix it all together.
