Sharon's banging Lasagna

Ingredients

  1. 1 box lasagna
  2. 3 (24 oz) jars of spaghetti sauce
  3. 1 (32 oz) ricotta cheese
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. 1 bell pepper chopped
  6. 3 (8 oz) bags of mozzarella cheese
  7. 2 (8 oz) bags of sharp cheddar cheese
  8. 4 lbs ground beef
  9. 1 egg
  10. 2 tbsp seasoning salt, onion powder, and garlic powder

Steps

  1. Pre heat oven to 350°

  2. Mix ground beef, onion, bell pepper, seasoning salt, onion powder, and garlic powder in large skillet until ground beef is brown; drain and sit to the side

  3. Boil lasagna noodles in a large stock pot until al dente; drain and sit to the side

  4. Pour meat mixture in the stock pot. Add pasta sauce

  5. Mix ricotta cheese and egg in a bowel. Sit to the side

  6. Build your lasagna in a large baking pan. Starting with the noodles

  7. Then meat sauce and ricotta cheese mixture

  8. Add enough cheese to spread over the meat sauce

  9. Repeat steps 6-8 until you reach the top ending with an even layer of cheese

  10. Bake in oven until lasagna starts to brown around the sides

  11. Enjoy!!
