Seafood Soup

Light and quick when it’s 107 ‘ish outside.Good with a bit of rice.


  1. Handful Pollock, or any white fish
  2. Handful imitation crab
  3. Handful spinach
  4. 1 chopped baby bok choy
  5. 1 qt water
  6. 2 tbsp fish seasoning
  7. 1 tbsp fresh shredded ginger


  1. The fish seasoning I’m using.

  2. All in the pot.

  3. Bring to a boil for several minutes, it will cook fast!
