Sauteed broccoli

  1. 80 g frozen broccoli
  2. 2 sausages
  3. 1 tsp. oil
  4. 1 little bit of salt & pepper


  1. Thaw the frozen broccoli in a microwave

  2. Cut the sausages into bite-size pieces.

  3. Fry (1) and (2) in oil and add salt & pepper.
    Finally, dish it up.

  4. Possible paring
    Bread, Saut?ed broccoli and Milk

  5. Preparation for the night before
    Cut the sausages.
    Frozen spinach and snow peas can be used instead of broccoli.
