… not cooked a good “roasty” in a damn long time… so here we go.
Ingredients
- 8 x small potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs
- Oil
Steps
Peel, wash and halve the spuds
Boil the spuds for 18 mins on high… don’t over boil or they’ll mush up when you roast them.
Heat up some olive oil on high… before adding the spuds.
Drain spuds, place back in the pan, cover with lids and shake them bad-boys up adding some salt and pepper. This gets them fluffy…
Add to hot oil… cook for 41 mins… check and drizzle hot oil over every 12 mins or so… watch John Wick kick some arse… then serve with some salmon…
Remove any coving for last 10 mins and blast them… (foil just saves the oil splatter)
Serve with some crispy salmon and garnish.
