Rasmalai

Ingredients

  1. 2 cup milk powder
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 tbsp ghee
  4. 1 tbsp baking powder
  5. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  6. Some dry fruits of ur choice
  7. 1 litre full fat milk
  8. 1 cup sugar or as per taste
  9. Saffron add in hot milk

Steps

  1. 2 cup milk powder, 2 egss,1 cup sugar, some dry fruits 1 litre full fat milk,saffron and Elachi powder

  2. 1 litre milk

  3. In natural saffron add little milk

  4. Add 1cup sugar or as per taste

  5. In a milk powder add 1 tablespoon baking powder

  6. Add 1 tablespoon ghee and 2 eggs

  7. Mix everything well and make a soft dough without adding milk or water

  8. Add half tsp Elachi powder and saffron added milk

  9. Little dry fruits

  10. Shape them into small balls or as ur choice

  11. My balls are ready

  12. Add the balls in milk 1 by 1

  13. Trun them slowly slowly

  14. First high the flame so that milk comes up and the slow down the flame

  15. Rasmalai is ready..see it cook nicely from inside
