Quails eggs with bamboo shoots stir fried (oseng-oseng rebung)

Ingredients

  1. 8 quail eggs
  2. 100 g bamboo shoots, slice
  3. 1 pc long bean, cut into 2 cm length
  4. 8-10 red and green chillies, crush
  5. 2 shallots, slice as thin as you can
  6. 3 cloves garlic, slice as thin as you can
  7. 1 cm ginger, crush
  8. 1 bay leaf
  9. 2 kaffir lime leaves
  10. Mushroom stock
  11. Salt
  12. 40 ml water

Steps

  1. Boiled eggs and peel the eggshells

  2. Stir fry shallots, garlic and ginger then put chillies. Wait for 3 minutes

  3. Put bamboo shoots, long bean and quail eggs. Give water, salt, and mushroom stock. Then close the frying pan until the water completely dry.
