Ingredients
- 8 quail eggs
- 100 g bamboo shoots, slice
- 1 pc long bean, cut into 2 cm length
- 8-10 red and green chillies, crush
- 2 shallots, slice as thin as you can
- 3 cloves garlic, slice as thin as you can
- 1 cm ginger, crush
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- Mushroom stock
- Salt
- 40 ml water
Steps
Boiled eggs and peel the eggshells
Stir fry shallots, garlic and ginger then put chillies. Wait for 3 minutes
Put bamboo shoots, long bean and quail eggs. Give water, salt, and mushroom stock. Then close the frying pan until the water completely dry.
