QOTW: What fridge cleanout dish could you cook with only the ingredients you have on hand right now?

Hey, kitchen amigos!

Been a bit of a whirlwind around here as I’m in the middle of a move.

And since I’m in the middle of a move, I’m trying to minimize grocery shopping as much as possible until we’re all settled into the new place.

So I’m looking at the fridge, and there’s not a lot going on at the moment: some smoked sausage, eggs, chicken livers, half a head of cauliflower, half a bag of carrots, one onion, half a shallot, maybe a wilting green onion or two, some cilantro, a few apples, yogurt, and a basket of raspberries. Oh and a bunch of partially used condiment containers, which is a constant, of course.

Limited, but not so limited I couldn’t get two or three good meals out of it.

So my question for you today: IF YOU HAD TO COOK A DISH WITH ONLY THE INGREDIENTS THAT ARE IN YOUR FRIDGE RIGHT NOW, WHAT WOULD YOU COOK? (You can add pantry items to the mix.)

Looking forward to your creative culinary solutions while I figure out what to do with what I’ve got!

Happy Humpday!
