Pureed pinto beans and ham

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup diced ham
  2. 2 TBSP diced onion
  3. 1/4 cup chopped peppers
  4. 1/2 cup low sodium chicken bone broth
  5. 2 TBSP medium salsa
  6. 1/2 shredded Mexican blend cheese
  7. 3/4 cup canned pinto beans

Steps

  1. Boil diced onion and chopped peppers in 1/4 cup bone broth until peppers are tender.

  2. Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth and no chunks.
