Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage and Brown Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  1. Pumpkin ravioli
  2. 1/2 cup margarine
  3. 2 tablespoons sage
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  6. 1/4 grated parmesan
  7. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper

Steps

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain

  2. While cooking ravioli, melt margarine in large pan. Cooking, stirring frequently for 5 minutes. Add sage and continue stirring for 2 minutes. Slowly pour in broth. Slowly pour in cream. Add lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Add salt & pepper

  3. Stir in ravioli. Serve.
