Protein balls


  1. 3 Cups Oatmeal
  2. 1/2 Cup Honey
  3. 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  4. 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips or Raisins
  5. 1 1/2 scoops Whey Protein


  1. Mix dry ingredients, then add in PB and Honey and throughly combine them all.

  2. Roll into golf ball sized balls, place on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for at least an hour.
