Preservative jaggery tamarind sauce

This sauce is much better than readymade ketchup and also we can preserve this for up to 2 weeks


  1. 1 pack tamarind
  2. 3 scoops jaggery powder
  3. 1 tablespoon rock salt
  4. Pinch black pepper powder
  5. Half tablespoon of chaat masala
  6. Half tablespoon of red chilli powder


  1. Boil tamarind in one glass of water

  2. Now squeeze all the seeds of tamarind and stain in big stainer

  3. Do it 2 to 3 times

  4. In the end add all the spices and Jaggery powder

  5. Let’s make it hot to mix all the ingredients together

  6. Just make it hot do not boil.let it on flame for only 2 minutes

  7. Let sit to make it cold

  8. Yummy healthy preservative chutney is ready
