This soup is very easy to make, cooking oil free, healthy, and very suitable for all weather.
- 5 pcs pork ribs short
- 1/2 white raddish (cut diced)
- 2 garlic (smash)
- 1/4 ginger (smash)
- 3 pcs chinese red dates
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Prepare all ingredients while boil some water.
When the water start to boil, put the ribs and garlic in. Next put the white raddish and season with salt, soy sauce, and pepper and wait until it is cooked. Lastly, put the chinese red dates to enhance the flavor.
