Flavor of cinnamon


  1. 50 GM flattened rice
  2. 2 table spoon mustard oil
  3. 1 big onion
  4. 2 green chili
  5. 1 inch ginger
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1 stick cinnamon
  8. 1 Maggie masala
  9. Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  10. Salt as taste


  1. Take 50gm flattened rice wash it off. Heat the pan add 2 table spoon mustard oil.. Now add sliced onion, chopped green chili and ginger, break the cinnamon stick, add one egg.. Saute all the ingredients when the color of onion started changing add half spoon turmeric powder, 1 packet Maggie masala, Salt as taste..

  2. Mix it very well and then add the flattened rice and mix it with all the spices.. When it seems like it get fried and a aroma has come switch off the flame… All the process done in a medium flame
