Pesto Pasta

Incredibly easy and fast prep dish that will provide leftovers. Great with garlic or artisan bread.


  1. 3/4 cup Basil Pesto
  2. 1 pkg Fettuccini Noodles
  3. 1 tbs Olive Oil
  4. 3 cloves Garlic
  5. 2 cups sliced roasted Red Peppers
  6. 1/2 cup sliced Black Olives


  1. Prepare pesto if necessary and place in a large bowl.

  2. Cook fettuccine noodles according to package instructions.

  3. While the noodles are cooking, heat oil in a large skillet then add the garlic. Cook until soft and fragrant.

  4. Add peppers and olives to the skillet and cook until hot.

  5. When the pasta is finished, reserve 1/3 cup of the pasta water and drain the rest.

  6. Whisk the pasta water with the pesto then combine the noodles and skillet mix to the bowl and toss to mix.
