- 3 1/2 cups onions, chopped
- 2 (29 oz) cans tomato puree
- 2 (9 oz) cans tomoato sauce
- 5 heaping TBS chili powder
- 2 TBS black pepper
- 2 TBS salt
- 2 TBS paprika
- 10 lb ground beef
Mix all ingredients except beef. Mix well.
Add beef little at a time (use potato masher or large spoon), breaking up meat in small pieces.
Cook over medium heat until mixture begins to boil.
Reduce heat to low, and let simmer 3-4 hours. Mixture will seem thick until it gets hot.
Cool and stir thoroughly and put into freezer container bags.
