- 250 g paneer
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- Spices (1/2 tsp chilly powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp Garam Masala)
- Salt as required
- Mustard seeds and cumin seeds to temper
Grate/scramble the paneer and keep aside.
Heat a pan with oil and temper with some mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
Add onion and green chillies. Saute until onion becomes glassy. Add tomato and sauté until it becomes soft. Add spice powders, salt and sauté until raw smell goes.
Add paneer and cook it for just 1-2 mins in low to medium flame.
