Pan Seared Salmon with Avocado Tomato Cucumber Salad

My busy night dinner ? Really love this easy delicious salmon pan seared served with fresh avocado tomato cucumber salad ???? Please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary for the Indonesian recipes or @jenscookdineandtravel for the English recipes ????

Ingredients

  1. 4 pcs (@170 gr) salmon fillet, around 2 cm thick (with or without skin)
  2. 1 Tbsp olive oil
  3. 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  4. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper or taste

Steps

  1. Season the salmon with salt and black pepper powder. Set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat until shimmering. Place the salmon in the skillet, skin side up. Cook for 4 minutes until crisp.

  3. Carefully flip the salmon. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for another 5-6 minutes. Remove from the heat. Serve the salmon with the avocado tomato cucumber salad. Yum! ?
