Not many Asian love olive and one of them is my husband.so I try to create a dish that he actually eaten olive without he realize then. Somehow the result is amazing and he love it. This is our lunch for today
- Rice wine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Lotus root
Prep all your ingredients as below and blend them like what you seen in the picture below. Put aside
This is the next step. Pre mixed all your salt sugar n rice wine and added water with it.
Heat your pot and cooking oil and fry the mixer ingredients you have prep earlier until fragrance and add in your chicken meat fry for awhile let it mixed up then add in your savoury mix:the rice wine sugar n salt.
Leave it about 10m then add in your carrot and lotus root.leave it to simmer about 8-10m then ready to serve.yummy…happy try
