No bake energy “balls”

My friend sent me this recipe a few days ago and I’ve been DYING to try this out!! It looks delicious! It’s also sugar free!! #bonus

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup dry oatmeal
  2. 2/3 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  3. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  4. 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  5. 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips (this is optional)
  6. 1/3 cup honey
  7. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1/2 an hour

  3. Roll into small balls (it doesn’t have to be balls. You can make them shape you want)

  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator

  5. Enjoy!!
