My friend sent me this recipe a few days ago and I’ve been DYING to try this out!! It looks delicious! It’s also sugar free!! #bonus
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry oatmeal
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips (this is optional)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
Mix all ingredients together
Let sit in the refrigerator for 1/2 an hour
Roll into small balls (it doesn’t have to be balls. You can make them shape you want)
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
