Mushroom pudding


  1. Onion
  2. garlic
  3. mushrooms
  4. green chilies
  5. milk, heavy cream
  6. Mint
  7. baking powder
  8. Fresh Bread
  9. Cheese


  1. Set oven to preheat to 350F.

  2. In a pan take butter and fry green chilies, garlic, onions, mushrooms. Add salt and pepper.

  3. In a bowl mix milk, heavy cream, italian seasonings, mint, parsley, pepper and little baking powder.

  4. Line a shallow dish with butter. Break bread into medium size pieces and fill up half of the dish. Top it with step 1 and step 2. Grate cheese on it.

  5. Put dish in oven and take it out after 40 mins.
