Ingredients
- 3 tbsp desi ghee
- 200 g seviyan
- Sugar 5 tbsp/ to taste
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 Cardamoms green
Steps

First add ghee in fry pan.

Roast seviyan in fry pan for 3 to 4 minutes

Make sugar syrup: add water and sugar in pan and cook it until sugar is desolved also add green cardamoms… in sugar syrup

Add hot sugar syrup in roasted seviyan.

Cook until water reduced.After then cool it garnish with dry fruits and enjoy?
