Getting done for a minute with skillet or BBQ’d Carne Asada chicken.This time I’ve marinated for a day in Carne Asada marinade and then breaded and fried!
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup buttermilk

Marinate the chicken at least 4 hours. Overnight is way better!
Whip the egg and buttermilk. Here’s a good place to salt if you like, and hot sauce…
Dredge the chicken through the buttermilk and egg then bread with flour, bread crumbs, leftover chips, etc. You get it.
