Mango Rice

Ingredients

  1. Cooked Rice, grated raw mango after skin removed
  2. For tempering: white gram, fenugreek powder, mustard seed, curry leaves, cashew nuts, turmeric powder, red chili,oil, salt

Steps

  1. Heat the oil do the tempering add the grated mango cook for 7 min on low flame and add the cooked rice mix well.
