Mango ice cream

Only three ingredients icecream


  1. 2 sweet soft mangoes sliced
  2. 500 ml condensed milk
  3. 500 ml simple skim milk
  4. Nuts optional


  1. First use mixer and make thick mixture of milk and condensed milk

  2. Now make pulp of mango in grinder and add it to milk mixture

  3. Make proper thick paste and add nuts.just mix now with scoop

  4. Let it cool for 5 to 6 hours

  5. Garnish with sweet dried cherries or grated crushed pistachios

  6. Yummy less sugary icecream is ready
