Macrona Bachamel


  1. 3 tbsp flour
  2. Cup milk
  3. Ghee
  4. Pasta
  5. Minced beef
  6. Onions
  7. Tomato paste
  8. Eggs


  1. Boil water for the Pasta

  2. In another pot, Sauté the onions and when it is golden brown add the minced beef

  3. When cooked add 1 tbsp of tomato pasta and 1/2 a cup of water

  4. Season with salt and pepper

  5. For Bachamel: add ghee and oil, then add the flour and keep stirring for a while, then gradually add the milk while whisking

  6. Add salt and pepper and after the sauce thickens. Turn off the heat and add the eggs
