Macaroni and cheese

Sometimes the classic macaroni and cheese needs to be spiced up a lil so why not add some spices and change to shells.


  1. 1/2 cup small shells
  2. 2 cups shredded cheese (any will do)
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 2 tbs cornstarch
  5. 1/4 cup parmesan
  6. To taste:
  7. Paprika
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper
  10. Chives


  1. Boil the shells for about 10 min on high

  2. Strain the shells and leave aside

  3. In a pot mix cornstarch and milk on medium heat until dissolved then add cheese, spices, and chives

  4. Add shells and continue mixing on high until everything is fully mixed

  5. Serve in a bowl, top with parmesan, and enjoy
