Sometimes the classic macaroni and cheese needs to be spiced up a lil so why not add some spices and change to shells.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup small shells
- 2 cups shredded cheese (any will do)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- To taste:
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chives
Steps
Boil the shells for about 10 min on high
Strain the shells and leave aside
In a pot mix cornstarch and milk on medium heat until dissolved then add cheese, spices, and chives
Add shells and continue mixing on high until everything is fully mixed
Serve in a bowl, top with parmesan, and enjoy
