Loaded Frittata


  1. 4 eggs
  2. 100 ml milk
  3. 1 tomato, diced
  4. 1 handful kale, chopped
  5. 1/2 onion, diced
  6. 4 mushroom, sliced
  7. Mozzarella cheese for topping, shredded
  8. Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven in 180c

  2. Crack eggs, season with a little bit of salt and pepper, whisk, set aside

  3. Heat oil in pan, sautee onion until fragrant, and then add mushroom, tomato, and kale. Season with salt and black pepper. Sautee until welldone

  4. Transfer to baking mold, pour egg mixture, stir. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top

  5. Bake for 20 mins. Done
