Lentils with havarti and walnuts

Ingredients

  1. Lentils, cooked (green/brown)
  2. Shallots, minced
  3. Walnuts, crushed
  4. Havarti, sliced
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper

Steps

  1. Sautee shallots and broil lentils with nuts & cheese on top (toast walnuts first if desired)
